OUR PROJECTS

The BBSCF has been working endlessly since 2011 to provide the region of Ada, Ghana with quality education, health, food, and recreation. Below are a few of our highlighted projects that we have invested and grown over the last few years. With your help we can continue to strengthen our programs and aid the future success of Ghana. TUTORING

We offer our children the tools required to thrive scholastically. The BBSCF tutoring program offers children educational support from highly educated teaching professionals. 

 

PERFORMING ARTS

The BBSCF art programs is an integral education facet of The Brigitte and Bobby Sherman Children’s Foundation. The program inspires, motivates and educates the children.

 

MUSIC LESSONS

Music is at the core of what we do at BBSCF and it plays a vital role in our culture. Music has the power to increase brain development, particularly in the areas of reading

 

HEALTH

The BBSCF hosts a bi-annual health screening for a number of common physical conditions. Children are screened for malaria, STD’s, vision and hearing problems.

FIELD TRIP

Field trips with the BBSCF gives our children the opportunity to visit places they have never been before. This is a huge joy to our children who are less fortunate and do not have the financial support to travel. 

 

FAMILY PICNIC

BBSCF’s annual picnic is a time for management, staff, children, parent(s) and community members to interact with each other over a food and fun activities.

EDUCATION WALK

The BBSCF organizes yearly educational walks to communicate the importance of education to the community.

THE GARDEN

The BBSCF garden is used as a vital tool to teach our children about nature and how to positively interact with it.

 

FOOD PROJECT
